His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama turned 80 years old on 6th July 2015.
On the 4th January 2016, some of his Holiness’ close friends and admirers came together at the Oberoi Hotel in New Delhi, to congratulate him on his important milestone and to wish him a healthy and long life.
With a live webcast around the world, there was a performance by sarod virtuosos Ustad Amjad Ali Khan, Amaan Ali Khan and Ayaan Ali Khan and a talk by His Holiness.
